Cameras are plug in charger cable not a solid wire connection, also very slow on the wifi but they offer you to upgrade to their plan and pay money to make the connection faster? I have since purchased another brand camera from markabuand works much better without paying for “connection to be faster” also has a wire connected rather than a plug in charger cable (also these cameras are not outdoor cameras)

I was very hesitant until I received the products. The camera works great.
