it does vibrate tho like a tattoo gun but as far as the bano cartridges moving up and down on skin like micro dermal pen I can not say this is same appears it would scratch your skin just vibrating and video shows cartridges moving in slow mom up and down
feels like a tattoo gun and it only adjusts from 0 to 2.5 like halfway around the circle instead of turning all way around twice but that might be normal I'm not sure dermapen go up to 3. something I thought?
