Works well. The three plates get very cool, although after a while of working the heat escaping can sometimes overwhelm the cooling sensation. Best when used with the fan function. I personally cannot use it as I have a sensitive neck and the vibrations from running the fan have me constantly cringing and giggling from the tickling. I gave it to my sister, who really enjoys this fan to stay cool.

This is really nice! It’s long lasting battery life makes it easy to mow my whole yard 5.25 acres in comfort. The cooling pads work very well but my neck is larger than most so it doesn’t hit the veins in my neck but I spin it a little and it’s instant cooling. I bought a second one for my wife.

I really like this neck air conditioner. This is perfect for me to combat the summer heat and hot flashes. The product arrived quickly also. We have colder weather now the heat feature is a welcomed addition.
