works well so far. only 1 heat setting but it seems sufficient. the cord conveniently moves where it connects as you turn the wand in different directions. good buy. so far no problems.

It doesn't affect the product, but if they all arrived with broken packaging, they should be more careful in their shipments and the staff, I saw that the cart unloads it as if it were garbage.
